Back to school with the 'unashamed coffee geeks'

200 Degrees are specialist coffee roasters with a number of coffee shops across the country. We identified our main objective: To showcase 200’s expertise and passion for all things coffee. We wanted to not only advertise the barista school but also emphasise 200's brand identity and culture as a whole - which is one of expertise and passion for all things coffee. After all, 200 are self-described as ‘unashamed coffee geeks’.

We spent time identifying our main goals for the film. Ultimately, it's about getting people interested in the barista school course - but we wanted to take it further. We developed a narrative that would firstly do its job - which was to shout about the fantastic barista school - and secondly, promote the culture and philosophy of this growing brand.

In the end, we supplied 200 Degrees with a main promotional edit for the barista school, along with several short 'teaser' edits for social media, which have been highlighted as 'highly effective' by the client.
